Innovation for Defense Excellence
Threye Interactive has been awarded two programs, under the Indian Ministry of Defence's flagship program: iDEX (Innovation for Defence Excellence). These include the Mirage 2000 Part Task Trainer (PTT), a high-fidelity flight training device, and the Mirage 2000 AR/VR type training system, a comprehensive system combining mechanical replicas, electrical systems, and interactive software for ground crew training. Trusted by the Indian Air Force for over a decade, Threye continues to deliver cutting-edge simulation and AR/VR solutions that enhance mission readiness and technical proficiency across India’s defence forces.
Mirage 2000 Part Task Trainer (PTT)The Mirage 2000 Part Task Trainer (PTT) developed by Threye Interactive is a high-fidelity, indigenous simulation platform designed to strengthen the Indian Air Force’s pilot training capabilities. It offers a realistic replication of the Mirage 2000 cockpit, complete with accurately modeled controls, instrumentation, and aerodynamic behavior, allowing pilots to safely practice start-up procedures, emergency handling, and mission rehearsals without relying on live aircraft. Featuring custom HOTAS replicas, physics-based aircraft modeling, and immersive terrain environments, the PTT provides comprehensive procedural and systems training in a modular, portable setup. Accepted and deployed by the IAF, it enables repeated, cost-effective training that builds pilot proficiency while preserving aircraft availability and reducing operational costs, thereby enhancing overall mission readiness and operational safety for the Indian Air Force.

AR/VR Type Training
AR/VR Type Trainer, developed by Threye Interactive under the Ministry of Defence’s iDEX program, is a comprehensive training system designed to enhance the technical proficiency of the Indian Air Force’s ground crew. Featuring physical mechanical replicas, live electrical systems, and interactive digital modules, the type trainer provides hands-on experience in servicing, system checks, and fault diagnosis without the need for operational aircraft. This reduces risk, minimizes aircraft downtime, and allows repeated practice of critical procedures in a controlled environment. Accepted and deployed by the IAF, the the type trainer enables faster, safer, and more cost-effective training, ensuring that technical teams are fully prepared to maintain and support the Mirage 2000 fleet with confidence and precision, thereby improving overall mission readiness and fleet availability.
