The world has really changed after COVID-19. The pandemic of global proportions has touched everyone on a personal level, and professionally as well. The world is still coming to terms with what 'new normal' after COVID will be, and we are no different. First of all, we are glad that we managed to keep our entire team together, right to the security guard and the maid without downsizing, and we made sure all salaries were paid. We are coming to grips with what hybrid work-model we can come up with, that includes ability to work remotely from home, but be together when needed.

More importantly, there is a realization that 'work', which consumes a large part of our daily lives, has to mean much more to all of us individually. Thus, we aim to make our work AMPlify our lives:-
  • A: Autonomy: we give a huge degree of autonomy to our employees, welcoming their ideas and let them own their work. Projects are largely owned by the teams that is working on them, and aim is to have team-wide concensus on major directions the project is going to take.
  • M: Mastery: We continuously provide feedback and learning opportunity to let our employees become better at their chosen vocation. The team culture provides good feedback and pushes everyone to become better at their particular parts of the work.
  • P: Purpose: We do believes that good games make a difference. Especially after the pandemic, games have become an immersive medium that offers an escape, a social experience to bond(play) with others that wasn't able in-person, and get a sense of being back in control and have a sense of 'wins' in day to day lives.

How to apply

  1. Send your resume to hr at threye dot com.
  2. Please mention the post you are applying for in the subject heading
  3. Tips and Tricks (these not only apply to us, but just about anywhere else you might be applying)
  • Please use a one pager resume. While we are sure you have much more accomplishments than what you accommodate on one page, but even Steve Jobs and Elon Musk have 1 pager resumes. No one really reads beyond the 1st page.
  • Please don't name your resume as 'Resume_version_date' when you send it. While on your own PC, the file name 'resume' is most likely only yours, but when you email it to another company then they likely get tons of files a day all called 'resume'. Atleast add the name and get rid of the date/version when you send it.
  • And please, use a PDF.
  • And... Good Luck.
